Managed international Automatic Fare Collection System (AFCS) programs under a Hybrid model, with PMO establishment and contract management.
Established the PMO from the ground up and drove organizational delivery-maturity improvement through coaching and governance.
Expatriate lead on a large-scale agricultural development program — delivering a fully automated irrigation system and mechanized farming operations with end-to-end supply chain.
Delivered a multi-platform e-commerce program (unified product platform, product sites, telesales) using Agile/Kanban, and established the PMO.
